Florida International is looking for a couple good coordinators.

Coach Mario Cristobal announced Sunday that offensive coordinator Bill Legg left the team to accept the position as the offensive line coach at Marshall and that defensive coordinator Phil Galiano's will not have his contract renewed.

A search is currently being conducted to fill both positions.

Galiano, who spent three seasons with the Golden Panthers, led an FIU defense that regressed from 2008 to 2009. The Panthers allowed just 28.3 points per game last season en route to a 5-7 season. But this year, it allowed 35.3 points per game and 232.8 rushing yards per, which ranked 116th in the country. They allowed 491.6 yards per game and allowed more than 500 yards in seven games.

Legg, who joined the staff in 2008, led an offense that average 24.67 points per game in 2008 and 22.92 points this season. Last year, receiver T.Y. Hilton became the school’s first 1,000-yard receiver.
