Boise dominating through one quarter

Boise State -- End of the first quarter and unbelievably there’s no score. Oregon dodged a bullet on Boise State’s first drive, but the Broncos have dominated this game.

Oregon’s pass defense, which ranked 111th in the country last season, looks like it hasn’t progressed. Already, Boise State has 103 total yards of offense, including 96 yards from quarterback Kellen Moore.

The Broncos defense, which was a source of concern since the front seven is almost entirely new, has been stout. Oregon has just 8 yards of total offense and Oregon quarterback Jeremiah Masoli doesn’t look any more productive than he did when these teams met in Autzen Stadium last year.
