Oregon's offense shows signs of life

BOISE, Idaho -- The Oregon offense has gotten off the bus while Boise State's was starting to head in that direction.

After two and a half incredibly lackluster quarters, Oregon quarterback Jeremiah Masoli finally moved his team down the field and put the Ducks on the board. And you know what it started with? The team’s first first down, which came at 7:07 of the third quarter.

Masoli was 3-of-4 for 34 yards during the drive and he rushed 5 yards for the score.

But as soon as Oregon started to show life -- it even got the ball back off a fumble -- Masoli threw an interception to put the Broncos back in scoring position. But the Boise State offense has come to a grinding halt since its touchdown to open the second half. Boy, this is oddly reminiscent of the second half of last year’s game at Autzen Stadium.

Fourth quarter is up. Should be a good one.
