ESPN released a new batch of kickoff times and TV information for 2012 games on its family of networks Thursday afternoon, including several September Big Ten contests. Here is that information:

Air Force at Michigan, 3:30 p.m., ABC Regional/ESPN2
Michigan State at Central Michigan, 3:30 p.m. ESPNU

The debuts of Bill O'Brien at Penn State and Tim Beckman at Illinois will help kick off the first Saturday afternoon of the regular season, which sets up as a pretty interesting one for the Big Ten. The Southern Miss-Nebraska and Iowa-Northern Illinois games will feature Big Ten clubs trying to avoid upsets against solid mid-major programs, while Northwestern-Syracuse could be a real battle. The Air Force-Michigan and Navy-Penn State matchups will pit service academies with unique offenses trying to pull off shockers; the Wolverines will be on high upset alert coming off their opener against Alabama. Urban Meyer's Ohio State Buckeyes get some national exposure in Weeks 2 and 3.
