Boston College coach Frank Spaziani knows his seat is toasty. Everyone knows it. Spaziani isn't deterred, though, by the doubt surrounding him and his program.

ESPN.com's Jack McCluskey wrote a piece about how Spaziani is handling the pressure heading into this fall, and so far, Spaziani seems to be tackling the question of his job security head-on:

Asked if he felt this season will be a pivotal one for himself and the program, Spaziani wasn't flustered. He's heard this one enough by now.

"Lemme say this: The trend with wins and losses is very obvious to everybody, but the program is going north, not south," he said.

It's his job to prove it -- now.
