Boise State picks up Honolulu CB
By Graham Watson
Boise State didn’t have a lot of room in this year’s recruiting class, but it made the most of the spots it had.
The Broncos are expected to sign nine players (three have indicated they will grayshirt) and included in that list is safety Jeremy Ioane from Punahou High in Honolulu. Ioane picked the Broncos over Washington and Notre Dame.
This is quite the recruiting coup since it seemed like Iaone was going to go to Notre Dame after visiting South Bend last week. Iaone is former high school teammates with current Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te’o and receiver Roby Toma.
