LSU players have met with police
By Edward Aschoff
Four LSU football players met with police Tuesday morning about last week's bar fight.
Quarterback Jordan Jefferson, offensive lineman Chris Davenport, defensive lineman Josh Johns and receiver Jarvis Landry went in to discuss their sides of the story with investigators.
According to a report by The New Orleans Times Picayune, no charges were brought against the four players accused of being involved in the fight outside of Shady's bar.
"There were no charges promised and no charges not promised," defense attorney Nathan Fisher told the Times Picayune. "After today, I think they have some more investigating to do. We'll be back with them. If they have any further questions, they'll be back with us."
Fisher also said that he has two videos from the night of the fight. One provides a timeline of the incident and the other shows one of the victims' actions inside the bar.
