Wide receiver Tevaris McCormick (Biloxi, Miss.) committed to South Alabama, multiple sources report.

McCormick, who totaled 16 touchdowns last season, is a nightmare to corral in space. His high school coach John Shannon told al.com:

"He's a small slot [receiver], but if you can't catch him, you can't tackle him. On punt returns, kick returns, the little bubble and quick screens, the quick reverses where you can get out in space, he's really good that way. He's got a great motor and loves the game, and South Alabama is a really super fit for him."

The Jaguars have six commitments for the Class of 2013.
