6-foot-4, 320-pound offensive lineman Ryan Hunter (Buffalo, N.Y./Canisius) recently committed to play for Bowling Green. He spoke with WGRZ.com about his decision:
"Bowling Green has great academic programs, especially in the areas I'm considering getting my degree in. I had a really great visit to the school, too," said Hunter. "The coaches were very welcoming and knowledgeable. They made it clear they want to win, and they really emphasized to my family and me that they view me as an important part of their plans to compete for MAC championships."
Bowling Green also gained wide receiver Teo Redding (Warren, Mich./Consortium College Prep) this week, according to multiple sources. The 6-foot, 150-pounder selected the Falcons over a scholarship offer from Central Michigan and interest from Cincinnati, Indiana, Michigan State, Toledo and Western Michigan.
