Georgia Tech on the board for 2014

Safety Miles Taylor (Washington/Gonzaga) has become the Yellow Jackets' first 2014 verbal, multiple sources report.

The 6-foot, 185-pound junior also holds scholarship offers from Massachusetts and Temple. Iowa, Maryland, Stanford, Syracuse, Tennessee, Vanderbilt and Wake Forest were among the other schools expressing interest.

Georgia Tech only signed 14 players in February and 17 recruits in 2012. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Paul Johnson could ink up to 25 players during this recruiting cycle, which would constitute his biggest class since taking over the program.
