Scouts: Adams could see field early

Coach Mora gets a major land in Ishmael Adams (Westlake Village, Calif./Oaks Christian), one of the top corners in the West and entire country. This is a guy who should bring a lot of versatility to the Bruins' secondary and has the talent to challenge for early playing time, at least in sub-packages. Adams has the recovery quickness and hips to hold up in man-to-man and is also a strong closer with very good anticipation skills in zone schemes. This savvy and aggressive corner is much needed for a UCLA program that ranked toward the bottom of the Pac-12 in most defensive categories.
