OAKLAND -- Patriots defensive lineman Kyle Love suffered a right ankle injury in the first quarter of Sunday's game against the Raiders. His return is questionable.
Love needed attention from the trainers before gingerly walking off the field on his own power. He soon returned to the locker room for examination.
Thin already on depth on the line, the loss of Love pushed veteran Gerard Warren -- re-signed earlier this week -- onto the field at defensive tackle.
[Update: Love returned to the Patriots' sideline late in the first half and returned to action on the first defensive series of the second half.]
