Jake Ballard (Cardinals)
Tight end starts, plays 46 of 75 snaps, and totals one catch for 17 yards in a 17-10 road win against the Seahawks.
Season snapshot: Has been with the Cardinals for seven games since signing Nov. 4, playing 151 of 492 snaps and totaling six catches for 74 yards and a TD.
Patrick Chung (Eagles)
Safety starts and plays 61 of 65 snaps in a 54-11 home win against the Bears. Totals four tackles.
Season snapshot: Has started nine of 15 games and is credited with 49 tackles.
Jermaine Cunningham (Jets)
Outside linebacker is inactive in a 24-13 home win against the Browns.
Season snapshot: Spent the month of October with the 49ers, but never appeared in a game. Signed with the Jets on Nov. 20 and has played in one game (6 snaps, no stats).
Brandon Deaderick (Jaguars)
Defensive tackle starts in a 20-16 home loss to the Titans, but is limited to 13 snaps and one tackle before being placed on injured reserve (elbow) on Dec. 23.
Season snapshot: In 13 games, played 301 snaps, totaling nine tackles, one sack, one fumble recovery and one pass defended.
A.J. Francis (Dolphins)
Defensive tackle is inactive in a 19-0 road loss to the Bills.
Season snapshot: Signed off the Patriots' practice squad Nov. 26, he has been inactive in his four games with Miami.
Greg Salas (Jets)
Receiver plays 10 of 77 snaps in a home win against the Browns. Does not register on the stat sheet.
Season snapshot: In seven games with the Jets since making his debut Nov. 3, he has seven catches for 137 yards. Has played 148 of 428 offensive snaps in those games.
Zach Sudfeld (Jets)
Tight end plays 14 snaps on offense and 10 on special teams in a home win against the Browns but doesn't register on the stat sheet.
Season snapshot: Tight end has played 131 offensive snaps in 10 games. Has four catches for 56 yards.
Jeff Tarpinian (Texans)
Linebacker starts in a 37-13 road loss to the Broncos, playing 22 of 76 defensive snaps and totaling one tackle and one quarterback hit. Adds one special teams tackle.
Season snapshot: After signing with the Texans on Oct. 28, has played in seven games, totaling 13 tackles on defense. Has played 114 of 481 defensive snaps.
Leon Washington (Titans)
Primary kickoff and punt returner in a road win against the Jaguars, but doesn't get any opportunities in the kickoff return game (4 touchbacks) and has one punt return for minus-1 yard and two fair catches.
Season snapshot: Released by the Patriots on Nov. 23; signed with the Titans on Nov. 26, and has played in four games as the team's primary kickoff and punt returner.
Wes Welker (Broncos)
Receiver is inactive in a 37-13 road win against the Texans, as he's sidelined for the second straight week with a concussion.
Season snapshot: Has played 770 of 1,131 offensive snaps (68.0 percent), and has 73 catches for 778 yards and 10 touchdowns.
Danny Woodhead (Chargers)
Running back has eight carries for 52 yards and three catches for 16 yards in a 26-13 home win against the Raiders. Plays 30 of 72 offensive snaps.
Season snapshot: Has 69 receptions for 563 yards and six TDs, and has carried the ball 101 times for 411 yards and two TDs. Has played 465 offensive snaps.
Others: Colts starting guard Donald Thomas landed on season-ending injured reserve in Week 2. ... Defensive end Trevor Scott played four games (54 snaps) with the Buccaneers before he was released Oct. 24. ... Punter Zoltan Mesko was released by the Steelers on Oct. 29 after appearing in seven games and ranking 31st in punting average (42.5) and 29th in net punting average (36.7). ... Quarterback Brian Hoyer started two games for the Browns, leading them to two wins, before tearing his ACL in his third start and landing on season-ending injured reserve. ... Linebacker/defensive end Marcus Benard, who was cut late in the preseason, hooked on with the Cardinals and has played in 11 games, with one start, totaling 13 tackles and 2.5 sacks. ... Defensive tackle Kyle Love spent training camp with the Jaguars, was released before the season opener, before signing with the Chiefs on Nov. 19. Love appeared in one of two games with the Chiefs, playing two snaps, before being waived Dec. 3. He re-signed with the Jaguars on Dec. 23.
