FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- New England Patriots wide receiver Aaron Dobson, who was wearing a walking boot during the locker room access period for media on Wednesday, was the only player not to practice, according to the team's injury report.

Dobson left the team's Week 17 game due to a foot injury, which may have been a re-aggravation of a previous foot injury, and has not practiced since.

Guard Logan Mankins, who suffered an ankle injury in Week 17, was one of nine players to practice on a limited basis, joined by safety Devin McCourty (concussion), cornerback Alfonzo Dennard (shoulder/knee) and safety Steve Gregory (finger/knee).

The Patriots will practice again on Thursday before conducting a walkthrough on Friday in advance of Saturday's game.

Field Yates has previous experience interning with the New England Patriots on both their coaching and scouting staffs. A graduate of Wesleyan University (CT), he is a regular contributor to ESPN Boston's Patriots coverage and ESPN Insider.
