Before the New England Patriots play a game, we'll attempt to predict the team's inactive players.

Our best guess on the list for Saturday's playoff game against the Colts:

Chris Barker: Rookie guard is the eighth blocker on the 53-man roster and with Logan Mankins expected to play, he would be the odd-man out.

Jake Bequette: Second-year defensive end is fifth on the depth chart and has been inactive the past nine games.

Michael Buchanan: Rookie defensive end is fourth on the depth chart and contributes on special teams, and while it would be nice to have him active, he is one option to be potentially be the final player declared inactive.

Aaron Dobson: Rookie receiver hasn't practiced since leaving the Dec. 29 season finale against the Bills with a foot injury.

Justin Green: Rookie cornerback from Illinois adds important depth but the Patriots might just have to go with the top four of Aqib Talib, Alfonzo Dennard, Kyle Arrington and Logan Ryan at the position.

Isaac Sopoaga: Veteran defensive tackle has been a healthy scratch the last two games, as he's slipped to fourth on the depth chart behind Sealver Siliga, Chris Jones and Joe Vellano.

D.J. Williams: Tight end has made some solid contributions in limited action, but just gets edged out in a numbers game.
