Week 1 Prediction: Giants at Cowboys
September, 6, 2013
By ESPN New York staff
|COWBOYS 35, GIANTS 17
The Giants are in bad shape physically, and I think they'll have a rough September. Three road games in the month and they'll lose the first one.
|GIANTS 31, COWBOYS 28
Manning is better than Tony Romo, and the Giants feel comfortable inside the monument Jerry Jones built to himself.
|GIANTS 34, COWBOYS 31
The Giants are banged up and coming off a shaky preseason, but they typically find a way to score and win in Jerry World.
|COWBOYS 27, GIANTS 24
The G-Men have plenty of firepower on offense but aren't clicking on all cylinders yet, as evidenced by the preseason.
|COWBOYS 31, GIANTS 30
It's sickening to pick the Cowboys for anything, but defense is a concern with Big Blue, along with their running game and the health of Hakeem Nicks.
|GIANTS 31, COWBOYS 30
Nicks will look fully recovered and have a big opening week. Look for David Wilson to break a couple of big plays as well.
|COWBOYS 24, GIANTS 21
The Giants won't be able to get a big stop late in the game.
|COWBOYS 28, GIANTS 14
I don't think the blue D can slow down a pumped-up Cowboys offense. The Dallas win streak will end Sunday night.
|COWBOYS 31, GIANTS 27
The Cowboys offense will be a little much for the Giants. Eli won't be able to work his magic in this one.
|COWBOYS 35, GIANTS 31
Now it's AT&T Stadium, so the Cowboys will break the Giants' string in their "new" house.
|GIANTS 34, COWBOYS 30
Big Blue will win in Giants Stadium South.
