Practice report: No Cumberland gap today

November, 13, 2013
FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- New York Jets tight end Jeff Cumberland (concussion) was practicing during the portion of practice open to the media Wednesday.

Cumberland worked Monday with a red non-contact jersey on, but did not don that jersey Wednesday. He missed the last game against New Orleans.

Receiver Santonio Holmes (hamstring) was working and it appears he will be ready for Sunday's game against Buffalo. He's missed the last five games.

Safety Antonio Allen (concussion) wore a red non-contact jersey Monday, but was not wearing it Wednesday. Tight end Kellen Winslow (knee) was practicing and is eligible to play in his first game since coming off a four-game suspension.

The Jets were without receiver Jeremy Kerley (elbow) and linebacker Garrett McIntyre (knee), who was riding the stationary bike during the open portion.
