"I feel great," Lopez told the Post. "I have been getting in some weight lifting, getting shots up and everything is going well.
"I'm not fully working out. I'm not jumping or running or anything like that, but we have a good month-and-a-half just until training camp starts, so we'll definitely be all right by then."
Lopez underwent surgery on his right foot in late June to replace a previously inserted screw that had bent.
Lopez, 25, enjoyed a career year with the Nets last season, averaging 19.4 points and finishing fifth in Player Efficiency Rating (24.81).
Brook Lopez recent got his walking boot off, and the Brooklyn Nets center told the New York Post he's on track to be ready for the start of training camp.
