Kirilenko was held out of practice for a second straight day with a sore right calf. He is questionable for Friday night’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
“We’ll see how he is when the MRI comes back,” Kidd said.
Kirilenko has already missed 26 games this season due to back spasms.
• In other news, point guard Deron Williams will probably come off the bench again rather than move back into the starting lineup.
“Right now we’re probably still gonna go the same way and bring him off the bench,” Kidd said. “He practiced with the second group today."
Williams has come off the bench the past five games since returning from ankle injuries.
• Rookie Mason Plumlee is happy to be playing in the Rising Stars Challenge at All-Star Weekend, but wishes his older brother, Miles, was joining him.
“I felt like he should’ve been invited,” Mason said. “He’s happy for me, but I’m not gonna brag about it.”
