Reserve guard Marcus Thornton will not make his Brooklyn Nets’ debut Saturday night against the Golden State Warriors due to food poisoning, the team announced.

Thornton was acquired in a trade from the Sacramento Kings. He did not participate in morning shootaround due to the illness.

The Warriors will be without starters Andrew Bogut (shoulder) and David Lee (stomach).
