It sounds like the Brooklyn Nets will not have center Brook Lopez for Tuesday night’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

According to the team’s official Twitter account, Nets coach Avery Johnson said Lopez is “feeling better, but will need to practice before returning to game action. He’s being re-evaluated Monday, so Tuesday unlikely.”

According to reporters in Miami, Johnson said it would be a “miracle” if Lopez was cleared to return to practice Monday.

Lopez will miss his second consecutive game Saturday night against the Miami Heat due to a mid-ligament sprain in his right foot.

After facing the Thunder, the Nets don’t play again until Friday against Golden State.
