Round 2 of the East River Rivalry between the Brooklyn Nets and the "Manhattan" Knicks will take place Tuesday at Barclays Center (7 p.m. ET, ESPN).

Here is what we'll be watching for:

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT? Jay-Z tweeted that the city was "under new management" after the Nets defeated the Knicks 96-89 in overtime on Nov. 26. Since that game, however, Brooklyn (11-8) has gone 2-4 and is in the midst of a season-high four-game losing skid, while New York (15-5) has compiled a 6-1 record.

Nov. 26 was not just a success for the Nets on the court, but in the stands, as well. The majority of fans at Barclays Center were wearing black and white, not blue and orange. We'll see if that stays the same on Tuesday night.

BROOKLYN WITHOUT BROOK: The Nets will not have Brook Lopez for a sixth straight game because of a mild right foot sprain. Lopez was initially listed as a game-time decision, but after the Nets' Tuesday morning shootaround, GM Billy King said Lopez wouldn't play. That means Andray Blatche will once again start.

The Nets are 1-4 without Lopez in the lineup. Reggie Evans will make his second straight start at power forward next to Blatche, meaning Kris Humphries will come off the bench.

BATTLE OF THE BOROUGH STARS: Carmelo Anthony torched the Nets for 34 points in their last meeting, but needed 27 shots to get there. Strong defenders Gerald Wallace and Keith Bogans were credited for delivering late in the game while guarding Anthony, who came back from a finger injury to post 34 points against the Nuggets on Sunday night.

As for Deron Williams, well, he has averaged 24.7 points in his last three games -- albeit on 42.6 percent shooting. It's D-Will's backcourt partner who needs to pick it up. Joe Johnson had just eight points on 3-for-12 shooting in his first game of the rivalry. C'mon, Joe. You're better than that.
