Rutgers and head football coach Greg Schiano announced on Wednesday, National Signing Day, that they have 19 players signed to join the program in 2011, joined by five mid-year enrollees who are already in the program.

The class is headlined by running back Savon Huggins, from St. Peter's Prep in Jersey City, who was rated the No. 4 running back (and No. 28 player overall) in the entire country in his class, according to ESPNU.
