St. John's lost to Arizona 7-4 on Saturday, and was eliminated in the NCAA baseball super regionals, swept in the best-of-three series.

Arizona advances to the College World Series.

Stony Brook, meanwhile, defeated LSU 3-1 in Game 2 of their best-of-three series, after losing Game 1 in 12 innings, 5-4, a rain-delayed game that was completed earlier on Saturday.

Stony Brook and LSU will play a winner-take-all game on Sunday at 1 p.m. in Baton Rouge (on ESPN2), with the winner advancing to the College World Series.

It would be the first-ever CWS berth for the Seawolves, who feature seven players taken in the Major League Baseball draft earlier this week.
