Osi Umenyiora credited Antrel Rolle as one of his teammates who inspired him to take the Giants' restructure offer and end his contract squabble.

Now with a content Umenyiora back in the fold, Rolle says the world champions are not only loaded on the defensive line but "stacked" at every position and ready to defend their title.

"With Osi there, it just makes [the defensive line] that much more better," Rolle said at David Tyree's Charity Bowl benefit for Children of the City and the Legacy Center at Chelsea Piers on Tuesday night. "I think we have a great team all the way around. We are stacked right now at each and every position. As long as guys stay healthy, it is going to be a great run."

Like many of his teammates, Rolle said Umenyiora's contract dispute was never a distraction for the players, many of which supported the defensive end's desire for a new deal.

"There were no distractions," Rolle said. "Osi had to do whatever it is he had to do. Osi has never been a cancer or one to cause any controversy within our defense or organization. I'm glad that it is behind him now and he is smiling like a kid in the candy shop and I am also smiling."

"Osi understands what he means to us as a team," Rolle added. "Just having him back is going to make my job a whole lot easier and make this team that much more significantly better. It is also going to help him also in helping him get exactly what he is looking for which is a great deal. I am just excited to have him back."
