The pivotal third preseason game is upon us. The Giants will get their longest look at their starters against the Bears tonight.
Game time is 8 p.m. at MetLife Stadium. Here are five things to watch for:

WILSON TIME: Rookie David Wilson took reps with the first team this week and is expected to get some run with the starters tonight. With Ahmad Bradshaw nursing a bruised hand, the Giants may take a lengthy look at Wilson with Eli Manning and the first-team offensive line.
Wilson has often looked like a big play waiting to happen, so it will be interesting to see him with the starters against a first-team defense. If he does well, Wilson will be that much closer to backing up Bradshaw when the season begins.
NEW POWER GENERATION: With this being the Giants' final preseason dress rehearsal for the starters, Prince Amukamara will get one more chance to show what he can do as the starting cornerback opposite Corey Webster.
In the last couple of weeks, Justin Tuck and other veterans have seen a different, more confident Prince.
THE BLINDSIDE: With Will Beatty still nursing a back issue, Sean Locklear is expected to start at left tackle. This game could give us an indication of what the Giants will do if Beatty is not ready for the season opener. The Giants could start Locklear if he excels or move David Diehl back to left tackle and start Locklear or James Brewer at right tackle. Let's see how Locklear does tonight.
THE BLACK UNICORN: With Manning playing his most snaps of the preseason, this is a good opportunity to see how he and Martellus Bennett are progressing. Bennett has looked good at times in camp, flashing size, athleticism and hands. His blocking will be key this season for the running game, but he also can provide Manning with a big target in the passing game and in the red zone.
It'll be good to see what they can do in a half together.
KEEP AN EYE ON: S Will Hill is expected to play after missing practice on Wednesday due to a death in the family. With Jayron Hosley out due to turf toe, Hill could see some time on slot receivers. He has looked good in the preseason and looks more and more comfortable in the third safety role.
Also keep an eye on linebacker Keith Rivers, linebacker Mark Herzlich and wide receiver Rueben Randle. Rivers likely will start in place of the injured Michael Boley and has looked good recently. Herzlich suffered a hip pointer in the last preseason game. He was giving Chase Blackburn a run for the starting middle linebacker job.
Randle has looked good in limited action in each preseason game thus far. It would be nice to see Randle play with Manning some in the first half tonight.
