EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Running back Da'Rel Scott underwent a procedure to repair his right meniscus and could be out for several weeks.

Scott had a right knee debridement at the Hospital for Special Surgery on Tuesday. The backup running back hasn't played much on offense behind Ahmad Bradshaw, Andre Brown and David Wilson. Scott could end up being a part of a roster move later when the Giants have to make space for defensive tackle Chris Canty, who is eligible to practice today and come off the PUP list this week.

Defensive tackle Rocky Bernard (quadriceps), linebacker Jacquian Williams (knee), linebacker Michael Boley (hip), Bradshaw (foot), Brown (concussion), wide receiver Hakeem Nicks (knee/foot), safety Kenny Phillips (knee), Scott and cornerback Corey Webster (hand/hamstring) are on the pre-practice injury report.

Tom Coughlin will give the media updates later this morning. We'll update the injuries later today in the blog.
