Free agency officially starts on Tuesday but teams can begin negotiating with agents starting at midnight tonight.

G Kevin Boothe -- Giants want the versatile guard back but Boothe may test market.
TE Martellus Bennett -- Giants want Bennett back at right price. He may test market.
DE Osi Umenyiora -- Left door open but looking for starting job and starter's salary.
S Kenny Phillips -- If he comes back it will be at the Giants' price.
LB Chase Blackburn -- Likely to see what market has to offer.
K Lawrence Tynes -- Tynes is expected to see what offers he can get.
WR Domenik Hixon -- Solid vet provides depth and a punt returner.
WR Ramses Barden -- Ramses says he's ready for a fresh start elsewhere.
QB David Carr -- Solid backup will look to see what other opportunities are out there.
TE Travis Beckum -- Injuries hampered Giants career.
T Sean Locklear -- Great until ugly knee injury which could require long recovery.
CB Justin Tryon -- Giants need corners.
RB Kregg Lumpkin -- Earned coaches' trust quickly for third-down duties.
DT Shaun Rogers -- Back again after blood clot kept him out last year.
CB Brian Witherspoon -- Has to come back from another ACL tear.

WR Victor Cruz -- If he doesn't sign an extension, Cruz will likely get a first-round tender.
S Stevie Brown -- Giants may tender Brown if they can't sign him to a longer deal.
TE Bear Pascoe -- Giants already re-signed blocking tight end.
RB Ryan Torain -- Giants should bring vet back for depth.

DE Adrian Tracy -- Already tendered. Will return and could compete for fourth DE spot.
C Jim Cordle -- Already tendered. Will return to provide much-needed depth on O-line.
