Shaun O’Hara sat out practice for the second straight day on Thursday with swelling in his left foot. He may need surgery in the offseason and is unlikely to play on Sunday against the Redskins.

Hakeem Nicks (toe) sat out of practice and is also unlikely against Washington. Corey Webster (ribs) was also sidelined Thursday but Tom Coughlin was optimistic that Webster will play on Sunday.

“I wish he would have practiced today,” Coughlin said. “Hopefully he will practice tomorrow.”

Ahmad Bradshaw (ankle), Chris Canty (neck), Antrel Rolle (ankle) and Justin Tuck (chest) all practiced on a limited basis after sitting out on Wednesday and Osi Umenyiora (knee) was limited for the second straight day.
