After allowing Chris Canty to use the weight room and work out on Tuesday, the Giants announced later in the evening that it will not allow players to work out at the facility on Wednesday should they show up.

Players will still be allowed in the facility and can talk to staff members but they will not be allowed to discuss football or football-related business talk.

"We have decided that our workout and training rooms will be closed until we get clarification from the pending challenges to the court's decision," said Pat Hanlon, Giants vice president of communications.

The Giants bucked the trend on Tuesday by allowing their players access to the weight room. Canty was the only one who took advantage. He and Brandon Jacobs also talked to coaches and Jacobs said he discussed last year's poor finish with Tom Coughlin as well.

It looks like everyone is learning how to proceed during a very uncertain time.
