Kevin Boss told the New York Daily News that his “No. 1 priority” is re-signing with the Giants.
At the same time, the tight end, who is an unrestricted free agent, said “I owe it to myself and my family to test the market.”
Boss told the newspaper he’s going to “enjoy the process” of free agency, but ultimately wants to end up back in New York.
The 27-year-old Boss, a four-year pro, had 35 catches for 531 yards -- 15.2 yards per catch -- and five touchdowns last season, and the Giants definitely want him back. But they've got cap issues, so it remains to be seen if the two sides will be able to come to an agreement on a new deal.
