Reports: Giants' cutdown to 53 has begun

Today is cutdown day in the NFL -- the Giants have to trim their roster from 80 to 53, in anticipation of the beginning of the regular season.

I will be covering for Ohm Youngmisuk this weekend. The cuts must be made official by the team by 6 p.m. ET, but names have begun to leak out -- this list will be updated throughout the day.
