Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw was nowhere to be found on the practice field Thursday, while wide receiver Hakeem Nicks was on the field and working during the media portion of the session.
Bradshaw, who has a fractured bone in his right foot, has yet to practice this week. He did not practice Wednesday.
Nicks, who has a hamstring issue, didn’t either, but was back on the field a day later.
Nicks, who didn’t play against the Patriots last Sunday, said Wednesday that he hasn’t suffered any setbacks and is feeling good.
"Ran and got up to full speed, felt good so we are going to stick with the plan, more and more each day and tomorrow I do a little bit more and no setbacks so that is a good sign," Nicks said. "If by the end of the week everything is still going good, then it is looking good for me. I am definitely happy, no setbacks, no pain afterward. It's looking good."
Bradshaw also didn’t play in New England. However, he may try to on Sunday against the 49ers. He played with a broken foot in 2009.
Rookie wide receiver Jerrel Jernigan, who didn’t practice Wednesday due to a hip injury, rode the bike on Thursday. Victor Cruz fielded punts at practice in his place.
Center David Baas, who missed the New England game with a knee injury, was out on the field Thursday after being limited Wednesday.
Cornerback Prince Amukamara (foot), offense lineman Stacy Andrews (back), defensive end Osi Umenyiora, who were limited Wednesday, all were on the practice field Thursday, as was fullback Henry Hynoski (neck/burner), who practiced fully on Wednesday.
