Predicting the Giants' season
By Ohm Youngmisuk
Back on April 17 when the NFL released its schedule, I predicted the Giants season game-by-game without knowing the full roster or who would inevitably get injured and land on IR.
And I even had to give a score for each game (and without realizing it, I predicted the same score for the opener in this week's Field Pass video as I did in April). Even knowing what I do now, with no Terrell Thomas and Chris Canty on the PUP list, I still am predicting 10 wins for the Giants.
I do think the Giants are deeper, have championship experience and are motivated to prove people wrong for thinking the Giants might be a fluke or just got red hot at the right time last year.
Can the Giants win 12 games? Sure. They are talented and know what it takes to win it all. But the Giants tend to make things tough on themselves at times (remember the Redskins and Seahawks from last year?) and they always have to deal with injuries.
And with the level of competition they have to face, I got them winning 10 games. I believe the NFC East will be decided in the final game of the season again, this time against the Eagles. Ultimately, I think the Giants get into the playoffs again.
So give us your prediction for the Giants this season and what games on the schedule worry you the most.
