David Diehl back; Blackmon misses practice

By Ian Begley

T David Diehl was back at practice, working during the portion open to the media on Thursday. Diehl did not practice on Wednesday due to illness.

Assuming Diehl plays and the rest of the Giants offensive line is healthy, this will be the second straight game that they have the original starters together. C Shaun O’Hara has played in just five games this season due to a mild right Lisfranc sprain and injuries to his left ankle and left Achillies. He returned for the Philadelphia game and was optimistic that he will play on Sunday.

PR/KR Will Blackmon was out. We will find out the specific reason for his absence when we speak with Tom Coughlin later this afternoon but he his wife is expecting to give birth. DE Dave Tollefson was out with a sprained MCL.

The Giants seemed to trying to mimic game-day conditions in Green Bay on Sunday when they practiced with the doors to their indoor facility open, letting the cold air in. They also piped in some crowd noise.
