At 1 p.m. ET, we will be holding our NFL Nation mock draft, in which each of our ESPN.com NFL team reporters makes the pick for his or her team. You can follow along at this link right here, which will be live at 1 p.m. ET, and you can chime in on Twitter with that #NFLNationMock hashtag. We'll each get about 5 minutes to make our pick, and trades are allowed. I've already heard from a couple of teams in the top 10 asking whether the New York Giants would be interested in moving up from No. 12.

I haven't said yes to those offers, but there are a couple of offensive linemen for whom I might make a small move up if they fell into the latter part of the top 10 and the price was right. We will have to see how those early picks go before devising a strategy. One thing I don't expect to do is trade down, since it seems everybody wants to do that and as a result almost no one can. I continue to believe the 12th-best player in this draft is going to be someone the Giants can use, and that their best bet is to stay put and pick him, whoever he may be.

But a good GM is always listening and open to options. So come and join us at 1 p.m. ET and see how it all unfolds. It's never quite the way you expect.
