Steppin' to the AM: Last day of camp

Today marks the official last day of training camp. Man, time flies. Feels like it was just the other day when we opened camp and JPP was saying he wasn't sure if he will be ready for the opener.

The Giants will keep on practicing and preparing for the season, but today is technically the last day fans can come watch practice.

So if you haven't come out to see the Giants, try to make it out today, provided the weather cooperates. Practice is from 1:30-3:45 p.m. and the offensive linemen will sign autographs afterward.

In case you missed it: You may want to get Justin Pugh's autograph. He's not only the team's first-round pick but he's now the starting right tackle. The team shuffled the offensive line with David Baas out. Let's just say Tom Coughlin sounded like he was talking about Pugh at right tackle like it was more than just a temporary move.

Victor Cruz was on crutches and in a walking boot but he says the MRI did not show any serious damage. Still, Cruz sent his MRI to be looked at by a second physician just in case according to ESPN's Ed Werder.

Justin Tuck returned to practice. But the injury report was pretty crowded.

Rueben Randle took advantage of a starting receiver being out again and Antrel Rolle looks good moving (video here).
