Nash, Del Zotto return to NY to see doctors

Both Rangers Rick Nash and Michael Del Zotto will be seeking treatment in New York for injuries (believed to be minor) suffered while playing overseas during the lockout.

Nash, the team's marquee acquisition this summer, sustained a mild groin injury while playing for Davos of the Swiss-A league. The 28-year-old winger returned to New York from Switzerland on Friday after posting 12 goals and six assists in 17 games for Davos.

Del Zotto, a restricted free agent who has yet to reach a deal with the club, is headed back home as a precaution after experiencing "back stiffness" while playing for the Rapperswil-Jona Lakers, also of the Swiss-A league. The 22-year-old defenseman is expected to return Stateside soon to rehab the injury.
