Rangers' Nash returns to practice

GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- Good news for Rangers fans:

Star winger Rick Nash was back on the ice with the team for the morning skate as the the Rangers prepare to host the Winnipeg Jets at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday night. It is not yet clear whether Nash be available to play, but his presence is a good sign for the ailing club.

Nash has been sidelined for the past three games with an undisclosed injury, believed to be a concussion.

The team, which has struggled to stay healthy of late, went 0-2-1 without Nash.

Defensemen Dan Girardi and Michael Del Zotto, both of whom sustained injuries during the Rangers' two-game swing through Canada, also participated in the morning skate. Fellow blue-liner Ryan McDonagh, who left Saturday's shutout loss against the Habs after a controversial hit from Montreal's Max Pacioretty, is not skating.
