On Aug. 1, Nassau County citizens will vote on a $400 million bond referendum to build a new Islanders arena and minor league baseball stadium.

Newsday reports today that if the Islanders moved it would cost the county $243.4 million annually.

Islanders owner Charles Wang could move his team if this referendum fails.
