The New York Rangers announced their roster for the Traverse City Tournament, a prospect tournament that will begin on Sept. 10. The Rangers will be participating in the eight-team tournament for the sixth straight year in Traverse City, Mich.
The Rangers will be sending 24 prospects to the tournament as they try to win the tournament for the first time since 2007. Of the 24 players, 19 players have their rights owned by the Rangers, 10 are draftees from the past two season and 13 are under contract with the Rangers.
The Rangers will play games against St. Louis, Dallas and Carolina in the tournament and then face a team from the opposite bracket to finish their tournament. All the games will be televised on MSG Network.

The Rangers face St. Louis on Sept. 10 at 7 p.m., Dallas on Sept. 11 at 6 p.m, Carolina on Sept. 13 at 3:30 p.m. and an unknown opponent on Sept. 14 at a time to be determined.
