Defenseman Marc Staal, who is still suffering from post-concussion headaches, may not be going to Europe with the Rangers when they head overseas on Monday.
Staal, who went to see a specialist yesterday, did not skate for the second straight day. According to coach John Tortorella he continued his evaluation with medical staff today.
"I'm not sure yet if he's going to be on the trip with us," Tortorella said.
The team should know more about Staal's status by Saturday.
"I think in the next couple of days, as he goes through all the tests and we try to nail it down, we'll have a better idea tomorrow," Tortorella said.
