We're one week into free agency and here's a breakdown of the comings, goings and stayings:

NOT GOING ANYWHERE

NT Sione Pouha -- Re-signs for three years, $15 million
LB Bryan Thomas -- Re-signs for one year, $990,000
PK Nick Folk -- Re-signs for one year, $765,000

NEWEST JETS

S LaRon Landry (Redskins) -- Signs for one year, $4 million
QB Drew Stanton (Lions) -- Signs for one year, $1.25 million
WR Chaz Schilens (Raiders) -- Signs for one year, $765,000

GOING, GOING, GONE

LB Jamaal Westerman -- Signs one-year deal with Dolphins
DB Marquice Cole -- Signs undisclosed deal with Patriots
S Brodney Pool -- Signs a one-year deal with Cowboys

Analysis: On paper, the Jets haven't helped themselves a whole lot. They retained one projected starter (Pouha) and added another (Landry) -- and, oh, yes, secured their kicker (Folk). Thomas, Stanton and Schilens were low-cost moves that addressed depth issues. There's still a lot of work to be done. Evidently, the Jets will rely on the draft more than usual as a resource for plugging holes.
