Second-round WR Stephen Hill is fast, and so is his negotiating team -- and the Jets, for that matter.

On Thursday, Hill and the Jets agreed to a four-year contract for just under $5 million, sources confirmed. The first two years are fully guaranteed, with a total of $2.9 million in total guarantees.

The Jets traded up four spots last Friday night, selecting Hill at 43rd overall. The following day, when Hill was introduced to the media at the team's facility, his agents began negotiating with the Jets. It's believed that Hill and second-round WR Alshon Jeffery (Bears) are the only two draft picks that have signed.

The Star-Ledger of Newark first reported the Hill deal.
