After missing four straight voluntary practices while out of the country, WR Santonio Holmes returned to the Jets' OTAs on Monday, according to a source.

Holmes didn't participate in last week's sessions because he was on a goodwill trip to Germany, where he visited U.S. troops. He tweeted photos of himself on the trip.

The Jets still have three remaining OTA practices, followed by a mandatory minicamp next week. People close to the team are curious to see if Holmes attends Mark Sanchez's upcoming "Jets West" passing camp in Southern California.

Holmes was invited, as was every skill-position player on offense, but he hadn't responded as of Monday. He and Sanchez, of course, had a well-documented rift toward the end of last season. Since then, they've both indicated that everything is fine between them.
