Jets cut seven, trim roster to 80

The Jets pared their roster to 80 Saturday by waiving seven players: G Terrence Campbell, LS Derek Chard, DT Matt Hardison, WR Dexter Jackson, CB LeQuan Lewis, S Marcus Lott and WR Raymond Webber.
Teams are required to be at 75 players by 4 p.m. Tuesday. The final cutdown, to 53 players, is 9 p.m. Friday, the day after the Jets close the preseason in Philadelphia.
