Was Mark Sanchez really that good or were the Bills just that bad?
The answer might be the latter.
While Sanchez posted a career-best 97.1 QBR, it's the sixth time the Bills have allowed any opposing quarterback to score above 90 since the start of last year, according to ESPN Stats & Information. Last year, the Bills allowed Tony Romo to register the highest QBR for any game in the 2011 season. Even Matt Moore lit up the Bills.
Sanchez is now 6-1 against the Bills, but just 22-19 against the rest of the league. While he's certainly to be commended for his performance yesterday, as he had a fantastic game, the opposing defense certainly played a large role in it.
