FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- Two days ago, the Jets played in the 666th Monday Night Football game, naturally fueling Satanic references. Well, you ain't seen nothing yet.
Mark Sanchez's current stat line is ... uh ... rather beastly. Check it out:
• Touchdown passes: 6
• Interceptions: 6
• Passer rating: 66.6
• Average yards per attempt: 6.6
• Longest completion: 66 yards
• Sanchez's uniform number, of course, is 6.
Weird, huh?
Let's see if Tim Tebow has a response on Twitter (doubt it). A few hours before Monday night's game, the intensely religious QB tweeted, "Looking forward to giving God all the glory in tonight's 666th Monday Night Football game. Romans 8:37-39."
