|CHARGERS 17, JETS 3
In a battle of also-rans, the Chargers will prove to be less dreadful than the Jets.
|CHARGERS 20, JETS 13
San Diego is a bad team, but a bad team with talent. The Jets are just a bad team. The doomed Norv Turner wouldn't mind trying to beat Rex Ryan after last year's diss.
|JETS 13, CHARGERS 10
Please Rex, put in Tebow so we have a reason to watch this game.
|CHARGERS 27, JETS 13
Even if Greg McElroy can play a little bit, he'll have nobody to throw to. And the Jets' defense will be lacking in motivation, with the playoffs out of reach.
|CHARGERS 21, JETS 14
The Jets are toast. Greg McElroy seems poised but this will be his first game as a starter. The only thing in his favor is that San Diego is toast, too.
|JETS 17, CHARGERS 13
Points won't come easy for these offenses. San Diego is a west coast team playing on the east coast at 1 p.m. It will be just enough of an edge for Gang Green. Also, Greg McElroy won't throw 4 picks like the former starter.
|JETS 21, CHARGERS 17
McElroy will do just enough to win. No turnovers.
|CHARGERS 21, JETS 10
Just because. This team has officially become a lost cause.
|JETS 20, CHARGERS 18
McElroy will do just enough to anger some Jets fans to believing what could've been this season.
|CHARGERS 24, JETS 17
Who knows what Greg McElroy is? One thing is clear, the Jets aren't good.
