With the first two picks of the 2010 NFL Draft, the Jets haven't gone with the kinds of players pundits (self included) identified as ned positions. They didn't take a pass rusher or a safety up high, instead drafting a corner with two quality corners on the roster, and an offensive tackle with a well-regarded offensive line already set up.
One fan liked the Vladimir Ducasse pick, but hoped it didn't mean that the current offensive line got broken up.
"I would not touch that O Line," said Marc Salierno, a 23-year-old Jets fan spending his first draft at Radio City Music Hall. "But if we have depth, that's good though."
